I wrote a book on contraception

After spending dozens (hundreds!) of hours researching contraception for my herbalist diploma thesis, I was convinced of the need to share this information with as many people as possible.

As luck would have it, I bumped into Anne Ghesquière at an aperitif and told her about my book project, which she forwarded to the publishing house she works with. For those who don’t know her yet, Anne is the host of the podcast Métamorphose éveille ta conscience, the author of numerous books and the director of a collection on nutrition and healthy living at Eyrolles. I highly recommend her podcast and books to anyone interested in health and spirituality.

After months of rewriting and going back and forth with wonderful editors, the book is finally finished and in print! It will be available in bookshops in France and Switzerland from August 31 🥳

I’m particularly thrilled about this, because I’ve wanted to write books ever since I took a liking to reading as a child. I had intended to write romance novels, then spiritual awakenings, and now find myself writing an intellectual book. I’ve enjoyed every moment of this job, even the stress, the pressure (which I tend to put on myself), and the huffing and puffing associated with it, because they’ve enabled me to realize one of my oldest dreams.

Thanks to Anne, Aurélie and Laura for accompanying me along the way 🥰

And thanks again to everyone who encouraged me from the start: my friends, teachers, colleagues, students and patients.

I hope to be able to offer you the fruit of this labor directly on my site as soon as it is released 😊
